Plural Societies interdisciplinary programme was established in spring 2014 and focuses on the exploration of the <strong>concept and concrete manifestations of the plural<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is divided into two transverse research areas,\u00a0i.e. <a href=\"https:\/\/societesplurielles.fr\/en\/demarche-scientifique\/conceptual-approach\/\">theoretical and epistemological<\/a>, and three integrated projects, each of which involves defined objects and terrains centred on the individual in plural societies, the policies of pluralism and the forms of resilience to the crisis in plural societies.<\/p>\n<p>After two years, synergies emerged between topics that initially appeared separate and prompted <strong>interdisciplinary reflections<\/strong>\u00a0around objects such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>concepts and interdisciplinarity from a comparative perspective;<\/li>\n<li>migrations, diversity and bricolage;<\/li>\n<li>the city and plural society in the long term;<\/li>\n<li>forms of resilience to crisis in a plural society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The programme is the product of a declared commitment to <strong>promoting cooperation between the research groups of the different partner universities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hence it is structured with a view to promoting transversality and interdisciplinarity and includes a transverse monthly seminar (<a href=\"https:\/\/societesplurielles.fr\/en\/publications\/videos\/\">meetings recorded with online access via the website<\/a>), two focus groups on interdisciplinarity (<a soci\u00e9t\u00e9s plurielles.\r\n\r\nDepuis deux ans des th\u00e9matiques au d\u00e9part distinctes ont \u00e9tabli des synergies et fait \u00e9merger une <strong>r\u00e9flexion interdisciplinaire<\/strong> autour d\u2019objets tels que :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>concepts et interdisciplinarit\u00e9 dans une perspective comparatiste\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>migrations, diversit\u00e9 et bricolage\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>ville et soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plurielle dans la longue dur\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>formes de r\u00e9silience \u00e0 la crise dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plurielle.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nCeci est l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019une volont\u00e9 affirm\u00e9e de <strong>promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration entre laboratoires des diff\u00e9rentes universit\u00e9s partenaires<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nAinsi, le programme s\u2019est structur\u00e9 en sorte de favoriser la transversalit\u00e9 et l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9, en se dotant d'un s\u00e9minaire transversal mensuel (<a href=\"http:\/\/societesplurielles.fr\/publications\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\">s\u00e9ances enregistr\u00e9es et mises en ligne sur le site<\/a>), de deux groupes de
